One Pointed Focus: Private coaching Each month, you'll have a dedicated 45 minute session with Jenna to explore your individual struggles and roadblocks, where you want to focus for the month and where you want to take your health and your life. 

 

Meditative Collective: Eight group coaching calls. The group will be divided into smaller sangha circles for in-depth support, accountability and nurturing. 

 

Sangha Gathering: Four Monthly Community Calls: Each month we’ll gather for a community call. They will be centered around Q&A, group learning and presentations from our amazing Mentors. 

 

+ Online Support in a private Facebook group

+ Delicious whole food recipes and simple to implement menu plans. 

 

All coaching is done via phone.
